Arrival at a Hotel in Tehran
City Excursion in Tehran
Heading to Isfahan and Visiting Abyaneh
Heading to Isfahan (450 km), with a stop at Abyaneh village (320 km) we discover architecture and anthropology of the region. Then get back on track to Isfahan.
City Excursion in Isfahan
Today we visit Naqsh-e Jahan square (including Imam mosque, Sheikh Lotfollah Mosque, Ali Qapu and Traditional Bazaar), visiting Hasht Behesht and Chehel Sotoun Palace.
City Excursion in Isfahan
On our second day in Isfahan, we visit Vank Cathedral, Menar Jonban and two of city’s historic bridges: Siose Pol and Khaju and finally Jame’ mosque of Isfahan, a stunning illustration of the evolution of mosque architecture over twelve centuries in Iran.
Heading to Yazd and Visiting Naeen
Leaving for Yazd (320 km), first, we visit Naeen historical mosque on our way and then go to the Zoroastrian temple of Chak Chak before arrival in Yazd.
City Excursion in Yazd
Visiting city’s Jame’ mosque, we walk in one of the oldest towns on earth, Yazd’s Old Town. Then go to Dolat Abad garden visiting Iran’s loftiest wind catcher and finally Amir Chakhmaq complex.
Heading to Shiraz and Visiting Pasargadae
Leaving for Shiraz (440 km), Iran ’s oldest cypress tree is right on the way in Abarkooh city (155 km from Yazd) as well as Pasargadae, where the tomb of the most popular King of ancient Iran, Cyrus the Great is located.
Visiting Historic Sites in Shiraz
We head to Persepolis (60 km from Shiraz) to discover an ancient civilization of Persia, as well as Naqsh-e Rustam relief, and Quran Gate.
City Excursion in Shiraz
Karimkhan citadel and Vakil historical complex with its bath, bazaar, and mosque are on the list today. We go to Narenjestan-e Qavam garden and Nasir Al-Molk mosque afterward. At night, we feel the mystic atmosphere of the surrounding area of the tomb of Hafez.
Heading to Airport
It’s time to bid farewell to Iran as we get transferred to the airport early in the morning for the return flight home.
